Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Alpha Surfers Academy! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, regulations, and guidelines for booking and participating in surf, kitesurf, and yoga activities, camps, and tours with Alpha Surfers Academy in Sidi Kaouki, Morocco.

By accessing this website and booking our stays or training sessions, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Alpha Surfers Academy's website or services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Bookings & Reservation Stays

All bookings made via our contact forms, email, or direct messaging channels are subject to availability. To finalize an accommodation, surf camp package, or customized retreat package, a deposit may be requested. Detailed payment instructions will be provided directly by Kabir or our team.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival/session date will receive a full refund of deposit fees. Cancellations made within 14-30 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior are non-refundable but can be converted to vouchers for future academy visits.

3. Water Safety & Liability Disclaimer

Participating in extreme ocean sports (surf, kitesurf, ocean stand-up paddle) carries inherent risks. Clients must be able to swim proficiently in open water and must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations beforehand. Alpha Surfers Academy, our coaches, and staff are not responsible for injuries sustained due to failure to follow safety guidelines or negligent behavior in the water.

4. Equipment Care Statement

During lessons or premium rental packages, guests are responsible for the gear provided (boards, wetsuits, kite rigs, leashes). Reasonable wear and tear is expected; however, severe damage, board breakage, or loss of equipment due to negligence will incur appropriate repair or replacement fees.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Essaouira, Morocco.
